You can even install them manually and allow them to overwrite each other's files as long as the mod supports UIO, it will make the proper changes to your menu files. Mods can be installed and uninstalled as you please, without having to go through the additional step of deactivating and reactivating UHUD. It doesn't rely on an external script that must be manually executed every time you decide to change something, instead it handles everything automatically when the game is launched. There's also the issue of scripted installers sometimes failing (which has never been an issue of mine) and UHUD not working with Mod Organizer (which is also not an issue for me.) You also often have to install UI mods in a certain order for them to work properly together. In order for UHUD to build the menu files with the correct mod extensions, it must be deactivated and reactivated every time you install or uninstall a UI mod.
